Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK), in partnership with Lothan Youth Achievement Center (LOYAC) and Manpower and Government Restructuring Program (MGRP), today announced the successful conclusion of its annual summer internship program. The month-long program was held at the ABK Training Center in Hawally and at the Bank’s various branches and offices.
The program, which involved 6 students this year is aimed at young Kuwaiti university and college students and combines lectures, on-site assignments and team projects to deliver a hands-on learning experience with the objective of participants experiencing a real working environment at a leading financial institution. It also offers students the opportunity to enrich their knowledge of the banking world while emphasizing the importance of teamwork.
ABK is an avid supporter of education and has successfully built strong partnerships with many of Kuwait’s educational institutions to offer participating students a rewarding experience at a crucial point in their educational journey.
