1. What is the ENET service?

ENET is a free ABK customer service that provides:
- Purchase prepaid vouchers and pay postpaid mobile bills (Zain, STC, and Ooredoo).
- International calls.
- Purchase iTunes gift cards.
To access the ENET service, please dial 1 808 999.

2. Who has access to this service?

ABK customers that have an active account and ATM card can access the ENET service.

3. What are the fees for the ENET service?

There are no additional fees for using any of our ENET services. The customer will
only be charged with the product / service fees.
For example, if a customer wanted to purchase a $10 iTunes gift card, you will only
be charged with the retail price of that gift card.

4. What are the fees for calling internationally through the ENET service?

The customer must have a minimum of KD 10 available in their account to initiate
the call.
Please note that International call fees are equal to fees regulated by the Ministry
of Communication.

5. When will the phone bill fees be subtracted from my account if done through the
ENET service?

The amount will be subtracted immediately from the customer’s account.

6. What if the phone call was cut off during transaction/purchase through the ENET
service?

In the event that the call was cut off, call the ENET service 1 808 999 and choose
the option to listen to the last 3 transactions done through the ENET service.
If the transaction was issued you can either visit your nearest branch, or contact
ABK Call Centre at Ahlan Ahli 1 899 899 or +965 22907222 for International calls
to raise a ENET Claim Complaint to get your fees refunded.

7. What if the fees were deducted from my account but the product or service was
not provided.

If the services / products were not provided, you could raise a ENET Claim Complaint
by visiting the nearest ABK branch or contacting the ABK Call Centre at Ahlan Ahli
1 899 899 or +965 22907222 for International calls.
