1. How does Fitbit Pay work?

Fitbit Pay uses Near Field Communication (NFC) to make contactless payments on any POS terminal which is (NFC) enabled.
2. How do I make Point of Sale (POS) purchases with Fitbit Pay?

To pay with your smartwatch-Fitbit trackers:
  • Press and hold the left button on your watch for 2 seconds. Swipe to the Payments screen if it's not shown.
  • If prompted, enter your 4-digit watch PIN code. Your default card appears on the screen.
  • To pay with your default card, hold your wrist near the payment terminal.
  • To pay with a different card, swipe across from right to left to find the card you want to use and then hold your wrist near the payment terminal.
  • When the payment succeeds, your watch vibrates and you'll see a confirmation on the screen.
  • You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with ABK.
3. Can Fitbit Pay be used to make online purchases?

No. Fitbit Pay is focused on enabling simple and secure (POS) payments.
4. How will I know a transaction was successful?

After completing a payment using Fitbit Pay, payment confirmation will be displayed on your watch or Fitbit trackers screen. Additionally, you will continue to receive transaction alerts through SMS on your registered mobile number with ABK.
5. How can I cancel a payment made using Fitbit Pay?

Canceling a payment made with Fitbit Pay is the same as a physical card. The exact process will depend on the policies of ABK, and the Merchant you made a purchase from. Please call Ahlan Ahli 1899899 for any disputes.
6. How is my default payment card in Fitbit Pay determined?

  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon and select your device.
  • Tap the Wallet tile.
  • Find the card you want to set as the default option.
  • Tap Set as Default.
7. How can I keep track of purchases I've made with Fitbit Pay?

To keep tracking your recent transactions in the Fitbit app:
  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon and select your device Tap the Wallet tile.
  • Find the card you added to your watch and then scroll down to see your 3 most recent transactions.
Additionally, you can always check your ABK statements for the full list of transactions.
8. What about supplementary cards? Can I enroll the card in Fitbit Pay on another mobile?

Yes, you can. Follow the same steps to add the Supplementary Card into Fitbit Pay. Please note that AUTH CODE will be sent to Primary Cardholder's registered mobile number and you need to enter this code to enroll the Supplementary Card. If you have any issues while enrolling the card, please call Ahlan Ahli 1899899.
9. Is Fitbit Pay secure?

Fitbit Pay is secure. There are number of security features Fitbit Pay transactions have. Some of them:
  • Fitbit Pay is safer than using a traditional credit or debit card. Every transaction Fitbit Pay requires you to use a personal 4-digit PIN code for an added layer of protection.
  • Your card number and identity aren't shared with the merchant, and your actual card numbers aren't stored on your device - instead a unique Token number is used.
10. Does Fitbit Pay have access to my bank accounts?

No. Fitbit Pay does not have access to your bank accounts.
11. Does Fitbit Pay store my personal/payment information on a server or my device?

No. Fitbit does not store your personal/payment information on a Fitbit server or the device.
Fitbit Pay does not change the way your payment information is stored or handled when you make purchases.
Only a device-specific Token, which is used to replace your sensitive payment information, is stored on the device.
12. Will my Fitbit Pay information still be on my device if it is formatted?

No. Formatting your device will remove all payment cards registered on your device.
13. Is there anything I need to do if I sell/give away my smartwatch/ Fitbit trackers or upgrade to a newer model?

All data on your watch should be deleted before selling/giving away your smartwatch- Fitbit trackers. You should also delete all cards you have added to Fitbit Pay.
14. Can I continue to use my physical payment card if I disable Fitbit Pay or remove the digital equivalent on Fitbit Pay?

Yes. When you disable Fitbit Pay or remove a registered card, you are only suspending the token, or digital card number that has been assigned to your smartwatch- Fitbit trackers. If you wish to suspend you physical card, please contact Ahlan Ahli 1899899 for assistance. You can add your credit and debit cards back into Fitbit Pay at any time.
15. Will I still earn Skyward Miles or Points on my card when I pay with Fitbit Pay?

You will get all the benefits and rewards that your Debit, Credit or Pre paid Card currently provides when you pay with Fitbit Pay.
16. Are there any charges for Fitbit Pay?

Fitbit Pay is currently free of charge.
17. What should I do if I lose my ABK Debit, Credit or Pre paid card?

If you lose your ABK card, you should directly call ABK on 1899899 to stop/cancel the physical ABK Debit, Credit or Pre paid card.
18. What happens when I stop/cancel my ABK Debit, Credit or Pre paid card?

If you stop/cancel your physical ABK card, you won’t be able to use it within Fitbit Pay.
19. What happens when I replace my ABK Debit, Credit or Pre paid card?

Currently you need to add your new ABK card on Fitbit Pay.
20. What should I do if I lose my Fitbit smartwatch- Fitbit trackers?

If you lose your smartwatch, you should directly call ABK on 1899899 to deactivate the physical or the virtual card on your Fitbit Pay application.
Payments can’t be made from your smartwatch without being authorized via smartwatch PIN.
