Please note that a system upgrade will take a place on Friday 16th July from 12:00AM to 11:00AM.

1. Will my ABK cards work?

ABK cards will have limited acceptance throughout the upgrade (for POS, ATM and Online transactions) from Friday 16th July 2021 from 12:00AM to 11:00AM.
2. Can I top up or make credit card payments?

Please note that this service will not be available on Thursday 15th July 2021 from 05:00PM to Friday 16th July 11:00AM.
3. Will I be able to use Internet and Mobile Banking?

Some services on Internet and Mobile Banking will be impacted during the upgrade on Friday 16th July from 12:00AM to 11:00AM. Please call our Call Center 1899899 for urgent inquiries.
Online and Mobile Banking registrations will also be unavailable on Friday 16th July from 12:00AM to 11:00AM.
4. Will ABK Branch ATMs work?

ABK Branch ATMs will be unavailable from Friday 16th July from 12:00AM to 11:00AM. ABK Offsite ATMs located elsewhere other than at branches will be operational.
5. Will the Call Center be available during the upgrade?
