Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) today announced that it was recently honored at the prestigious Insights Awards ceremony, which was held in in Dubai for the success of the Bank’s call center and its exemplary management information methods. ABK received the award for both Call Center Manager of the Year and Best Management Information. To receive the awards Call Center Manager Nawaf Al Khoraief, and Senior Officer Faisal Al Tamimi attended.
The Bank received the Call Center Award following a review by a panel of judges, who compared the Bank’s current Call Center’s performance to the previous year, as well analyzing fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)’s and objectives. For the Best Management Information Award, the Bank was assessed on its record-keeping, particularly in relation to internal processes, customer requests and workforce reporting.
ABK’s databases can be easily tracked, managed and exported to reports while allowing easy access to information. Databases are able to highlight credit card and loan calculations, sales records, historical records, different branch quality, Call Center reports and Workforce Management (WFM) reporting setting the standard for quality information dissemination.
