Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) announced two additions to their digital offerings to bolster their ‘Simpler Banking’ strategy, providing customers with smart and convenient ways to track remote debit/ credit transactions
The recently launched mobile and online banking feature enables ABK customers to track international transfers, and offers real-time visibility of the status of every transfer request from initiation to completion. As customers increasingly adopt mobile finance apps, they can exercise overall coordination of all international transfers via the bank’s three-step revision process; ABK account, correspondent bank and eventually the beneficiary. Transaction status can be checked remotely and around the clock through the online and mobile application, maximizing customer convenience.
Additionally, the Bank enhanced its customer’s experience by making the Push Notification feature available on the Bank’s mobile application, as the uptake of digital banking channels continue to rise. The function alerts customers with immediate updates on their bank accounts and card transactions.
