As part of the Bank’s commitment to providing customers with the finest rewards and an array of benefits to enhance their banking experience, Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) concluded its first Alfouz Mega Draw. Mr. Ali Ahmad Bouftain, the lucky Alfouz mega draw winner will be receiving the grand prize of KD5,000 monthly salary for 10 years. The draw took place on Friday, 16 September, at The Avenues’ Lake Area - Phase Two.
The fun-filled day commenced at 10:00 am with family-friendly activities. The morning was filled with entertainment, games, and prizes for children. Then the live music and entertainment program started at 6:00 pm with traditional music by the Almas Band and the tunes of the legendary artist Salman Al Amari. The evening was presented by MC Salman AlNajadi who held an engaging trivia session with the audience. Presenter Osama Fouda also engaged with the crowd with more games and prizes.
Then, Mr. Loai Muqames, ABK Kuwait Chief Executive Officer; Ms. Johair Marafie, Acting General Manager for Retail Banking; and Mr. Mohammed Taleb Behbehani, Acting General Manager for Private Banking, took to the stage to announce the winner. Mr. Ali Ahmad Bouftain was announced as the first Alfouz mega prize winner at 8:00 pm. The draw was conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Bank’s auditing company, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited – Al-Wazzan & Co.
Congratulating the lucky winner, Mr. Loai Muqames said, “On behalf of ABK, I would like to congratulate Mr. Ali Ahmad Bouftain the lucky winner of Alfouz’s Mega Draw. We hope this prize will enable him to achieve his financial goals.
Mr. Muqames added, “ABK is always keen on providing our customers with opportunities to save money while offering them incentives that exceed their expectations to help them reach their financial goals.”
Ms. Johair Marafie added, “I would also like to congratulate Mr. Ali Ahmad Bouftain for winning the first Alfouz draw. The account is available to all eligible residents of Kuwait, both Kuwaitis, and non-Kuwaitis alike. ABK urges existing customers to maintain the minimum amount required to enter the draw and encourages others to open an account to join the draw to enjoy KD5,000 per month for a period of 10 years or the 10,000 weekly prizes.
The Alfouz account requires customers to maintain a minimum balance of KD100 to be eligible to enter the draw. Every KD100 average monthly balance gives customers a single entry; the more money customers save, the higher their chance of winning. Alfouz Draw Account holders also receive a debit card for depositing and/or withdrawing money from ATMs.
