Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) continued its digital transformation journey with the launch of its new digital HR-Management system. Through the adoption of the full SuccessFactors HCM Suite by SAP, ABK is the first Kuwaiti Bank to implement this cloud-based system to service its employees.
The SAP SuccessFactors software seamlessly integrates into the existing system to create a comprehensive human resource management system and streamlines the HR processes by analyzing employee data to provide real time results, recommendations and suggested actions. The user-friendly platform will help increase ABK’s employee engagement and deliver improved agility to the workforce to achieve organisational goals.
