ABK Enhances its Customer Experience by Launching ‘Call Me’ Service

Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) recently launched its ‘Call Me’ service, in line with the Bank’s commitment to constantly provide experiences that simplify banking for clients.

The ‘Call Me’ service enables ABK customers to request a call back at the click of a button via ABK’s app or online banking. Once the customer has logged in and completed the secure authentication process, they can request a call back and will be contacted automatically by ABK.

The system will eliminate the need for a telephone authentication process providing a seamless transition between online applications and live assistance. ABK recognizes that while customers enjoy the convenience of using the ABK app and online banking, many benefit from the interaction with a customer service agent when further assistance is required.

The addition of ‘Call Me’ to the suite of services available to ABK customers is a testament to ABK’s commitment to drive exceptional service underpinned by security and convenience.
