Garmin Pay
Garmin Pay uses Near Field Communication (NFC) to make contactless payments on any POS terminal which is (NFC) enabled.
- Press and hold the action button on your Garmin smartwatch up to the right.
- Tap the Wallet icon and enter your 4-digit PIN.
- Select the card you want to use.
- Hold your wrist near the contactless terminal. A green tick will appear when the transaction is successful.
- You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with ABK.
No. Garmin Pay is focused on enabling simple and secure (POS) payments.
After completing a payment using Garmin Pay. Payment confirmation will be displayed on your watch screen. Additionally, you will continue to receive transaction alerts through SMS on your registered mobile number with ABK.
Canceling a payment made with Garmin Pay is the same as a physical card. The exact process will depend on the policies of ABK, and the merchant you made a purchase from. Please call Ahlan Ahli 1899899 for any disputes.

Yes, you can. If you have a compatible device, you can enroll a Supplementary Card on the device. Please note that AUTH CODE will be sent to Primary Cardholder's registered mobile number and you need to enter this code to enroll the Supplementary Card. If you have any issues while enrolling the card, please call Ahlan Ahli 1899899.
Yes. With Garmin Pay your card number and identity aren't shared with the merchant, and your actual card numbers aren't stored on your device - instead a unique Token number is used. Each time a purchase is made, the phone sends two pieces of data to the payment terminal: The 1st is a 16 digit token that represents the Credit or Debit card number, while the 2nd is a one-time code generated by the phone’s encryption key. Garmin Pay requires the PIN to be entered 1 time in a 24 hours period if the watch is still on your wrist. A PIN will be required each time the watch has been taken off your wrist.
No. Garmin Pay does not have access to your bank accounts.
No. Garmin does not store your personal/payment information on a Garmin server or the device. Garmin Pay does not change the way your payment information is stored or handled when you make purchases. Only a device-specific Token, which is used to replace your sensitive payment information, is stored on the device.
No. Formatting your device will remove all payment cards registered on your device.
All data on your watch should be deleted before selling/giving away your device. You should also delete all cards you have added to Garmin Pay.
Yes. When you disable Garmin Pay or remove a registered card, you are only suspending the token, or digital card number that has been assigned to your smartwatch for that card. If you wish to suspend you physical card, please contact Ahlan Ahli 1899899 for assistance. You can add your credit and debit cards back into Garmin Pay at any time.
You will get all the benefits and rewards that your Debit, Credit or Pre paid Card currently provides when you pay with Garmin Pay.
Garmin Pay is currently free of charge.
If you lose your ABK card, you should directly call ABK on 1899899 to stop/cancel the physical ABK Debit, Credit or Pre paid card.
If you lose your physical ABK card, once you have contacted ABK to cancel it, you won’t be able to use it within Garmin Pay.
Currently you need to add your new ABK card on Garmin Pay.
If you lose your smartwatch, you should directly call ABK on 1899899 to deactivate the physical or the virtual card on your Garmin Pay application. Payments can’t be made from your smartwatch without being authorized via smartwatch PIN.
