Once you have raised a request with the Company for any request related to your data, the Company shall revert to you within 30 days (1 month) of receipt of the request.

ABK shall not be responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties and Users are requested to check the applicable privacy policy and acquaint themselves with the terms and conditions of usage of such service providers, when providing personal data. ABK shall be not liable for any variance in the features/benefits offered by such third parties and shall not in any case assume warranty on the efficiency or efficacy of such offers.

The Company uses on premises data centres to securely store your data and to minimise data loss. The relevant security safeguards and contractual clauses as required by relevant Laws are adhered to while storing your data. The Company has a Data Management and Protection Function who annually reviews the collection, classification, storage, usage, protection, correction and destruction of personal data. Any complaints regarding privacy can be reported to the Data Management and Protection Function using their contact details mentioned below.

You have a right to request access and request correction of Data / Personal Data by contact the Data Management and Protection Function.

2.10 Retention of Information

The Company shall not retain any personal data beyond the period necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it is processed and shall delete the personal data at the end of the processing. However, where it is required by applicable laws, the company shall retain your data for a minimum period of 5 years. In some circumstances, ABK may anonymise the data so that it can no longer be associated with the user, in which case ABK may use such data without further reference to the user.

The Company shall conduct periodic review of the data retained and stored and shall delete all data that is not necessary for processing or required to be stored.
