Guidelines on Cash Withdrawal and Cash Deposit Complaints

While withdrawing or depositing cash at ATM machines:

Kindly confirm the cash amount before depositing or after withdrawing.

Make sure you receive either a paper or electronic receipt by SMS, or on the Bank’s mobile app.

In case of a problem where the transaction does not complete successfully, please follow these steps:

  • Wait for 24 hours from transaction time, the amount is likely to be credited to your account automatically.
  • In the event that the amount is not credited to your account, please call Ahlan Ahli at 1 899 899 or visit any ABK branch with transaction details, to submit a claim of the refund.
  • The claim request will be investigated and you will be notified with updates regarding the same.
