ABK has launched a new digital branch which boasts intelligent and innovative technologies and is considered the first of its kind in Kuwait, including interactive digital screens that enable visitors to utilize them with one touch. The branch also features a never-seen-before in Kuwait hologram feature that provides customers with a unique banking experience.
Key Services
- Open new accounts digitally using available tablets
- Digital signature service through devices in collaboration with the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI)
- ATMs that offer cash deposit and withdrawal services, cardless withdrawals, password changes, transfers to customer accounts and other beneficiaries, card payments, cheque deposits, and account statements, among others
- Interactive digital screens which can be used without the need for touch with interactive and creative solutions
- Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) operated by cardholders to perform the following host of financial services, with face-to-face assistance from a call center agent on a screen:
