Meet & Assist Service

• ABK Visa Infinite Emirates, Visa Infinite Advantage and Infinite privilege cardholders can use the free Meet and Assist service
• Meet and Assist service is available only upon arrival and departure at Kuwait’s airport Terminals 1 &5
• Meet and Assist service will be offered for free for any ABK Visa Infinite Emirates, Visa Infinite Advantage and Infinite privilege cardholder and his/her 1st degree relatives (Wife/husband + children age 18 and below) (1+3 passengers)
• The Meet & Assist service at Kuwait International airport should be booked minimum 8 hours ahead before the flight
• ABK Visa Infinite Emirates, Visa Infinite Advantage and Infinite privilege cardholders can only access the Meet & Assist service through https://abk.pearlassist.com

Baggage Delivery Service

• ABK Visa Infinite Emirates, Visa Infinite Advantage and Infinite privilege cardholders get free unlimited baggage delivery per order
• Baggage tag name shall be the same (exact match) as the ABK Visa Infinite Emirates, Visa Infinite Advantage and Infinite privilege cardholder
• Service is available in Kuwait International Airport (T1)
• Passengers must visit NAS’s counter at the arrival terminal, beside the baggage belt, to provide their luggage tag and sign a consent form that allows NAS team to pick up and deliver it. Booking this service is mandatory through https://abk.pearlassist.com
• Baggage shall be delivered to one address

International Meet & Assist Service

• ABK Visa Infinite Emirates, Visa Infinite Advantage and Infinite privilege cardholders can use the free International Meet and Assist service in departure and arrival
• International Meet and Assist service is available only in the following countries:
• Dubai International Airport DXB
• London Heathrow Airport
• Spain: Madrid Barajas Airport
• Turkey: Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport and Istanbul Ataturk Airport
• Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport
• Barcelona El Prat Airport
• International Meet and Assist service will be offered for free for any ABK Visa Infinite Emirates, Visa Infinite Advantage and Infinite privilege cardholder and his/her 1st degree relatives (Wife/husband + children age 18 and below) (1+3 passengers)
• The International Meet & Assist service should be booked minimum 48 hours ahead before the flight
• ABK Visa Infinite Emirates, Visa Infinite Advantage and Infinite privilege cardholders can only access the International Meet & Assist service through visiting https://abk.pearlassist.com

ABK at its own absolute discretion at any time may stop offering Pearl Assist services.
