SMS BASIC PROFILE – FREE

1. Mobile SMS service means that the bank would send SMS to the mobile telephone number of the client according to the information provided by the client himself. Such SMS shall contain information of the client's account in terms of deposit, withdraw and daily balance of his account as well as all entries registered on the client's credit card according to the applicable regulations of the bank as agreed with the client.
2. The bank shall not collect any fees inconsideration for registration in this service. These service shall cover the following services:
1. The bank shall send SMS in respect of all entries made by POS or ATM debited to the client's account provided that each single transaction shall be more than K.D.10/- (Ten Kuwaiti Dinars)
2. The bank shall send SMS in case of all entries debited to the client's credit cards of transactions KD 10 and above.
3. The client declared that his above mentioned mobile number is his own mobile number and that he agrees that the bank would send him SMS to such number without any liability on the bank. He shall notify the bank upon the change of his telephone number.
4. The client declares that the bank is not responsible in case of any technical interruption of the mobile network or the bank systems that may prevent the receipt of SMS sent by the bank.
5. The Arabic version of this application is applicable and reliable in case of any conflict between it and the English text.
6. We hereby confirm that we read, understood & approve the terms & conditions in this contract and we have received a copy of it.

SMS PULL PROFILE – OPTIONAL

1. Mobile SMS service means that the bank would send SMS to the mobile telephone number of the client according to the information provided by the client himself. Such SMS shall contain information of the client's account in terms of deposit, withdraw and daily balance of his account as well as all entries registered on the client's credit card according to the applicable regulations of the bank as agreed with the client.
2. The bank shall collect fees of K.D.4/- (Kuwaiti Dinars. Four) at the time of subscription to be directly and yearly debited from the client's account inconsideration for registration in this service. These fees shall cover the following services:
   1. The bank shall send SMS in respect of all entries made by POS or ATM debited to the client's account provided that each single transaction shall be more than K.D.1/- (Kuwaiti Dinars. One)
   2. The bank shall not send any SMS in case of withdrawal cash amount less than Kuwaiti Dinars One over the branch counter.
   3. The bank shall send SMS in case of all entries debited to the client's credit cards of transactions KD 1 and above.
   4. The bank shall send SMS of the daily balance each day at ____ o’clock (7 am, 12 pm, 8 pm).
3. Interactive Service (Pull and Push)
4. The client declared that his above mentioned mobile number is his own mobile number and that he agrees that the bank would send him SMS to such number without any liability on the bank. He shall notify the bank upon the change of his telephone number.
